Needless to say, labeling is essential with products for consumers, industrial use and also with semi-finished products. We want to decide a label to go on the tubed cosmetics used in the bathroom, but we are not sure which material and packaging method to use. Our response
We explained our proposal using a similar product we manufacture ourselves and based on our experience. Even a small sizing error due to container characteristic or shape will cause wrinkles and falling off of labels, impacting the operation efficiency and cost of manufacturing. Examples of label printing
With large-scale production, we print directly on the container, but with medium to small scale production, we use labels. Our service includes design area planning, water repellent labels, as well as labels on sheets or rolls for easy quantity management.

Our partner assembly company said they could not handle our labels. They specified the labeling machine they use and told us to provide the labels in rolls, but we don't have such capability. - This is not a common case, but is not rare either.

They wanted to prepare roll labels compatible with the machine at the assembly company, but they have no idea about specification.

The conditions are too technical for them to figure out which task should be outsourced to where.
Our response
We identified the machine to be used, decided the specifications after checking the direction of the label and the processes, and supplied the labels. Based on the information provided by the client, we were able to provide labels that are compatible with the machine. It is also necessary to confirm the number of labels per roll.
Example of instruction booklet printing
We accept requests for printing of instruction booklets and brochures to be packed with the product. Recently, colored on-demand printing for small-lot products is becoming popular.

Due to small size, full-color printing will cost a lot with large number of copies needed.
Our response
We proposed our color printing method for small-lot product and cost estimate to start with 100 booklets (saddle-stitched) in full color. Although we are not a printing company, we are able to assist our clients with our wide product range and scale. We are able to help you from the specification setting to quality management.
Example of package designing for cosmetics
Attractive packaging to justify their price is needed for premium cosmetics. We have experiences in, for example, hot stamps (putting leafs) on individual box of small tubed product.

We want to have packaging suitable for the price of our cosmetics in aluminum tubes with nozzle. We want the tube to be stable inside the box. - Considering the cost and easiness of the operation, we proposed to use a paper container.

They wanted to have a package suitable for the premium cosmetics that comes in 3g tubes.

As it was their first tubed product, they requested us to propose the packaging material as well.
Our response
After several sample productions, we submitted the design area data (ai data). Once the shape is fixed, the next step is the appearance. We provided samples on the surface treatment of the lid, including varnishing, PP treatment, hot stamps (putting leafs), to the client to choose from.
Example of blister packaging
This is still a very popular packaging for in-store display. After creating films and the backing for thermocompression bonding to fit the product size, we use the thermocompression machine in the factory. For small-lot products, we propose tunnel-shaped blister package without thermocompression.

For thermocompression blister packaging, the container-shaped films, printing of the backing with special chemical agent and the mold for compression are needed. The initial cost may be absorbed with products with stable demand for long time or with large production scale.

They wanted to sell the 180cc bottled product together with a sponge in a blister package.

As it is not a large-lot product, they could hold blister films and backing in large quantity in their inventory.
Our response
Thermocompression requires wooden mold with spring for processing, so we proposed a slide-back style using regular printing board and a film (newly created). Although the blister packaging is commonly used for in-store display, initial cost must be minimum for strategic launch of small-lot, multiple variety product like this. We suggest to use slide-back packaging to minimize the initial cost.
Example of carton box packaging
We have expertise in carton box with special separation for aluminum tubes and bottle packaging. Our proposal will be based on the information provided about unpacking efficiency, transportation method and storage place.

We want to procure packaging materials for each product in small quantity. Is it possible to order the custom sized material by 30 or 50 pieces? Our orders tend to be in small quantity considering the limited storage space and cost. - Our company procures materials in large quantity and therefore, will be able to absorb the cost even with small orders.

It is important to use compact cushioning materials for customer products, and measures to protect them even from a tiny scratch could be a differentiation point.
