Different types of bottles are used depending on the product category
We import expensive oil in 1kg bottles, but want to portion it into small bottles for storage. Could we have bottles with a nozzle? Do we need to fill it manually? - The customer wanted to use eye drop bottles with nozzle.
They wanted to have small bottles to improve operability for their workers who carry 1kg bottle of wire maintenance oil for operation on steel towers in the mountains.
They were looking for a company that could procure special oil from European company and portion it into small containers of 5cc, 10cc and 20cc.
We were able to offer a price lower than the customer's purchase price for the special oil as we import it in bulk for our own production. We also proposed to use our standard bottles for cost saving. After receiving their requests, we submitted the samples for each bottle size. In this case, we were able to provide an all-in service from procurement of materials to filling, as we already imported the oil in large quantity.
