～20cc polyethylene bottle～
We import expensive oil in 1kg bottles, but want to portion it into small bottles for storage. Could we have bottles with a nozzle? Do we need to fill it manually? - The customer wanted to use eye drop bottles with nozzle.
Customer needs
They wanted to have small bottles to improve operability for their workers who carry 1kg bottle of wire maintenance oil for operation on steel towers in the mountains.
Customer's challenge
They were looking for a company that could procure special oil from European company and portion it into small containers of 5cc, 10cc and 20cc.
Our response
We were able to offer a price lower than the customer's purchase price for the special oil as we import it in bulk for our own production. We also proposed to use our standard bottles for cost saving. After receiving their requests, we submitted the samples for each bottle size. In this case, we were able to provide an all-in service from procurement of materials to filling, as we already imported the oil in large quantity.

Our response
After listening to their product ideas, sales method and future opportunities in detail, we decided to support their business launch as we had an intuition for their success. To realize their sales plan, we arranged small-lot production for multiple varieties and as anticipated, they keep releasing bestsellers. The common challenge among start-up businesses is the initial production batch size. The greater the volume, the lower the unit cost for everything from filling to containers, printing, labels and packages, but companies have to take caution with the production before launch. In this case, we dealt with the challenge.

Harves manufactures lubricants and coatings with various functions and types as our main business. For instance, many of our fingerprint and stain proofing, water repellent coatings are popular for industrial use. We are able to accommodate the request to use them as consumer products.
Customer needs
They were interested in releasing our special lubricant as coating agent in manicure bottles for general consumer use.

They wanted to select one of our industrial products and release it as consumer product in 10cc bottles.
Our response
After confirming how they want to use our product, we made a proposal for dozens of our products with data. After verification with try and error, the client decided to use our product and outsource its filling to us. Developing a product from scratch requires significant time and cost. This is a good example of diversification and creation of new needs from our existing product.
