Certified by Saitama Prefecture as a Company with Varied Working Arrangements in 2012 ("Gold" rating)

Saitama Prefecture's system for certifying Companies with Varied Working Arrangements promotes the Saitama Womenomics Project, which seeks to draw on women as force to boost Saitama's economy. As part of this, the Prefecture certifies companies that provide varied working arrangements for women, such as reduced working hours.
Some time ago, we created easier working conditions for all of our employees, thus allowing our employees to both work and raise children. As a result, we can draw on the talents of all of our employees. Moreover, we have reexamined working arrangements for our employees and we have implemented measures to provide them with further support to raise children.
As a result, we have created conditions in which women can actively continue working. We also provide support so that our employees can both work and raise children.
We received a "Gold" rating from Saitama Prefecture as a Company with Varied Working Arrangements in Sept. 2012.
