Quality policies

Under the corporate philosophy stating that quality first is the greatest service for customers and the way to meet their expectations, the Company offers products that satisfy legal, regulatory, and ISO 9001 requirements and that are produced with the aim of adding to customer satisfaction.

1. We shall set quality goals so that our quality policies are fulfilled, and all employees shall pursue these goals.
2. We shall develop human resources, promote communication so that the Company’s entire staff works together to achieve its goals, and regard team work with high esteem.
3. We shall continuously improve our quality management system and try to bolster employees’ skills and our technological capabilities to meet customers’ expectations.

Environmental philosophy

HARVES Co., Ltd. always keeps in mind that humans cannot prosper without conservation of the global environment. As part of our environmental vision, we recognize that conservation of the global environment is one of the most important issues for people in the 21st century. We will enthusiastically contribute toward conservation of the global environment and the development of a sustainable society in which the dreams of future generations can come true.

Environmental policies

HARVES Co., Ltd. continually examines environmental impact in all stages of its product manufacturing, sales and service activities as well as in other business activities. We shall safeguard the environment by adopting the following policies to prevent contamination, and we shall never fail to continue making improvements.

1. We shall configure, implement and maintain our environmental management system pursuant to our environmental policies and then set environmental objectives and goals, conduct reviews when necessary and endeavor to continuously make improvements.
2. We shall abide by environmental laws, regulations, prefectural ordinances and conventions, as well as by our clients’ requirements to which we have agreed, while making further efforts toward environmental conservation.
3. We shall abide by the clients’ environmental policies and green procurement standards and offer environmentally friendly products.
4. We shall promote energy conservation, resource conservation and related activities in our business activities in an effort to prevent global warming and to promote effective use of resources. Specific measures include those for the purpose of reducing consumption of electricity, copy paper, etc.
5. We shall reduce our use of resources, waste materials and polluting materials in our business activities in an effort to maintain and improve the environment.
6. We shall make our environmental policies thoroughly known among our employees through training and notices to promote understanding and raise awareness of environmental issues.
7. The policies shall be documented, implemented, maintained, and made thoroughly known to all people who work with and for our company.
